Four bedrooms upstairs, several with exposed wood plank ceilings and gallery access. Fully rewired with new wiring, meters and switches; all old knob-and-tube wiring deactivated. HVAC installed. First-floor bonus room could serve as an additional bedroom or be incorporated into a chef's kitchen. The current kitchen was adapted from a pantry when the chef's house and carriage house were separate buildings on the lot.
